Meredith Corley

Meredith is a graduate student in the Curriculum in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. Previously she worked on riboSNitch prediction and benchmarked the structural predictions of a set of riboSNitch prediction algorithms. Currently she is integrating mRNA structural data and uORF information to model translation efficiency of the gene SERPINA1.
