Chanin Tolson

Chanin is a graduate student in the lab developing tools and methodologies for identifying and modeling structure change in RNA from high-throughput structure probing methods. She is currently working on classSNitch, a method for identifying structure change in structure probing data, and EnsembleRNA, a tool for visually comparing RNA structural ensembles.
